General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Best Collars website. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these GTC.
1. Seller Identification

2. Products
The products offered are anti-parasitic collars for pets. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Best Collars undertakes to deliver products that conform to the published descriptions.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Best Collars reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Best Collars reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock or payment issues.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.
6. Delivery
- Free delivery for purchases over €39
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days
- Delivery available in mainland France and EU countries
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
8. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by the Civil Code.
